Why I built it Production incidents often lack clear, cited evidence, and changes can be applied without explicit human approval which risks unintended consequences.

What it does

• Collects and cites logs, metrics, deploy diffs and config changes for incident reports
• Presents conclusions with all evidence sources linked for audit
• Proposes fixes but waits for human approval before applying changes
