Production Master

Production Master is an AI-SRE pipeline for investigating production incidents. It collects and cites production signals such as logs, metrics, deploy diffs, and config changes. Each incident report cites the source of every claim and waits for human approval before any changes are applied.

Users can self-host Production Master via Helm in their Kubernetes cluster or use the managed service. The platform generates replayable evidence dossiers that provide a conclusion with supporting exhibits, ensuring transparency and auditability. Actions are proposed but require manual approval to proceed.

The platform is designed to keep the investigation runtime identical whether self-hosted or managed, ensuring consistent evidence gathering. It currently supports deploy history, metrics, application logs, and cluster events as evidence sources, with air-gapped installs planned for the future.
