The workflow
- Step 1: Dump: paste everything you have. Notes, Slack messages, half-sentences.
- Step 2: Extract: run the brief prompt below.
- Step 3: Interrogate: ask Claude "what are the 3 weakest assumptions in this brief?"
- Step 4: Tighten: fix the weak spots yourself. You own the judgment; Claude owns the typing.
